He served as Senior Advisor to Turkey's Minister of Trade, Turkey's Representative to the OECD in Paris (4 years), and negotiator at the WTO — before moving to the private sector as VP of Government Relations at Marti Technologies (NYSE: MRT) and Director of Public Projects at DiAS.
